We have 8 Sand Volleyball Courts, A 120 Person Capacity Sports Bar, A 60 Person Private Room Available, and A Huge Outdoor Shaded Deck! We Offer a Full Bar And Food Menu, As Well As Special Party Catering Services For Your Next Event. Live Bands & DJs Are Welcome. We Are Easily Accessible, About 1 Mile South Of I-70 In Blue Springs!
HAVE YOUR NEXT PARTY @ CENTERLINE:
We rent out our 1,000 square foot party room on weekends and weekday afternoons for birthdays, graduations, company events, etc. Volleyball is included, we have 8 sand volleyball courts available as well. The cost is $100 and guarantees you at least 4 hours of volleyball. In addition to this, we offer the following food options:
TACO BAR
Includes both hard and soft shells, tortilla chips, nacho cheese, and all the toppings (salsa, shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream & guacamole)
$6.50 per person + sales tax & 15% gratuity, kids 12 & under are ½ price
THE GRILLER BUFFET
1/3 lb. burgers and 1/4 lb. hot dogs as well as some smaller dogs for the kids if needed. Also included are grilled chicken breasts, brats are optional. The buffet also comes with potato chips and 2 sides, normally potato salad & baked beans.
- $7.00 per person + sales tax & 15% gratuity, kids 12 & under are ½ price
BBQ BUFFET
We smoke beef brisket and turkey the day of your event. Ribs can be purchased by the slab, please call ahead and we can price this depending on quantity. Add in potato chips and 3 sides: baked beans, cole slaw, and potato salad.
The BBQ buffet is priced accordingly depending on sized of party:
- 40 people- 12 pounds of brisket & turkey plus all the sides for $300
- 60 people- 18 pounds of brisket & turkey plus all the sides for $425
- 100 people- 30 pounds of brisket & turkey plus all sides for $675
- Price per person in all of the above examples is around $7, sales tax & gratuity separate.
PIZZA
We make 16” pizzas with all the popular toppings. Prices will depend on quantity, but will generally range from about $10.00 to $15.00 per pizza, sales tax not included.
Unlimited tea, lemonade, & soft drinks can also be purchased at a very reasonable price. Prices depend on the size of your party.
