Younger players - how young is too young

how young is too young for rec players? just wondering. would have 1 younger player and the rest would be adults

That should be fine as long as they've played volleyball in the past.

I think for playing Vb there is no certain age. As Centerline said that players should be 16 years old that depends upon the practice and stamina. If a 14 year old boy is playing with full stamina then no need to hold him till he is 16.
